ABOUT IOM LITHUANIA ASSISTANCE WHO CAN WE ASSIST SPECIAL ASSISTANCE TO VULNERABLE PEOPLE

IOM Lithuania can assist any third-country citizen (non-European Union and non-European Free Trade Association member state citizen) or stateless person who:

  • stays in Lithuania on irregular basis (visa has expired, residence permit has been revoked etc.)
  • decided to withdraw the asylum application
  • received a rejection for asylum
  • has been granted another form of protection in Lithuania but has decided to renounce the current status
  • received a return decision that obliges to leave Lithuania
